At checkout, they even asked if there is any feedback I would like to give and I did give a few comments on the air-conditioning, but it wasn’t an issue that greatly affected my stay here. All in all, this was a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay here if we ever have the pleasure of visiting Manila again ☺️ "

"My husband and I were treated very warmly by the staff at the Makati Shangri-la and appreciated their hospitality and lovely treats prepared in celebration of our wedding anniversary. Our room was extremely comfortable and the design quite beautiful. The afternoon tea was enjoyable as well as the abundant breakfast buffet. We did find the sorbets too sweet, however, and would suggest that the sugar content be lessened. Also, homemade yogurt would be a better and healthier option at breakfast rather than the store-bought yogurts. Nevertheless, we loved our overall experience and plan to return again. "
