"The staff are so sweet here. I was stranded in Manhattan for 4 days and stayed here for 2 of the days. The room was clean and pretty quiet. The only downside was the key reader didn't work to my room so I had to have staff let me in every time I had left. The location is fantastic. Walkable to so many things and very safe. "

"Friendly staff, very clean, pride is obviously taken in this location. Stayed closer to work during this recent Winter Weather. All the amenities you need are right around this location. Floors and walls were quiet, I didn't notice any sound as I slept. Hot water was not the thousand degree level I prefer, lol, but not many places are. I will stay here again, should the same situation arise."
