First up the staff are excellent,they are friendly always smiling and greeting you.at the time they were having priblem with new wifi sevice being installed so no wifi but after asking the desk staff went out of there way and went to manager who organized a router for my room so i could get wifi to contact my son back in Australia. Stayed in south wing and only little probem was other guests kids using your terrace on ground floor as a thourough fair.maybe when busy have staff there to control kids.speacial mention to the security guard who was on dury when i was there such a nice and helpfull man.also as i said before the girls on frint desk and also staff in restaurant a well done you should be proud
Be careful as they promise to deliver but don’t. Sky TV included but not working for 10 days. Wifi doesn’t reach the room so not able to use. Very noisy as they allow day stays to have 10 people in one room. What is worse than all of this is that they don’t care as they are full every night with party guests.
Don’t book this property
Firstly the staff attitude was Terrible there was no one that was professional all laughing / taking selfies in the lobbies and no one even greeted us at the entrance.
Upon checking in the room we found that there were stains in the room , cockroaches, hair strands on the bed AND TO TOP IT UP WAS MOULD on shower heads and walls. We asked them to check it out and what they can do and literally said “we can’t do anything”. We asked to speak to the manager and we got told to wait for 3 hours. 3 hours later they said that the manager is not coming. After that they called us saying that he’s in a meeting. They kept making lies about the manager and who we could speak to. They were not helpful at all. All the descriptions on their cebu page is a complete lie. I have photos and videos of it. Disgusting place and staff. Would NEVER go back there again.
