Amber Hotel - Cebu
8/10 Good
"The rooms are clean but its an old styled hotel with a bathroom that was not very practical. There is no half wall that separate the toilet wall from the shower so the water splashes away from the shower to the toilet floor. The price of accommodation is great so I guess we get what we paid for. Otherwise, the staff and breakfasts were very good and the location is perfect."

Kojo Hotels Cebu -Mandaue
8/10 Good
"Great Staff and Convenient Location, but Noise Can Be an Issue Overall, we had a good stay at Kojo Hotel. The staff were excellent—very polite, friendly, and accommodating. We truly appreciated their attentiveness, especially when they arranged to transfer us to a different room after we reported the noise. The hotel is also conveniently located, with plenty of establishments nearby. Unfortunately, noise was a significant downside. We could hear karaoke late into the night, as well as the bass from a nearby nightclub. Moving to another room did make a noticeable difference, and we appreciated the staff’s efforts to help, but the nightclub’s bass was still audible. Overall, the excellent service and convenient location were definite highlights, but guests who are sensitive to noise or light sleepers may want to take this into consideration when booking."
