"The room was pleasant and large with enough facilities to be comfortable and cool. The staff were told about its lack of attention to detail about cleanliness and such and they really weren’t interested. It’s a shame as it’s the small things that could change this from a 2.5 star to 4 star hotel. Other than that..our stay was enjoyable."

"From the moment that we arrived there was no assistance with baggage and waited 20 minutes for front desk staff to check is in. This was a clear sign of what was to come but, oh it gets better. Reserving the family suite was disappointing as well. 2 single mattresses put together to make a queen bed is actually smaller than a double bed and extra mattresses were P800 each. The bathroom was small and no hot water is available. In the description it states there's a restaurant on site...

"Fabulous pool, close to Ayala and SM Malls, great free breakfast, accommodation was good, beds good, away from the busy city in a very quiet spot, no road noise, good security, hotel manager was really nice as were front desk staff and the price was good using Hotels.com. "
