"The resort was under construction and while they tried their hardest to have it not unpack the guests, it definitely did. There was hammering and tapping from 8am-5pm everyday we were there. They were renovating the room right next to ours. Not sure why they would put someone on the room right next door? If you were at the beach all day, no problem. But what if you wanted an afternoon nap? And the hallways were very messy and dusty with all the construction. They should have at least offered a discount. Every other aspect of the resort was nice. The breakfast was great! The red flag chair service was amazing. Elements restaurant should we way better for a luxury resort. Terra restaurant was superb! We ate there 3 times! The beach was by far amazing! But you don’t need to stay at this resort. There are so many resorts in eagle beach. This resort was nice for amenities and comfort. Just book in 2027 when the renovation is done! That was not peaceful at all."

"we had a great stay at mvc eagle beach. staff was very friendly and helpful. the continental breakfast was good and enjoyed the outdoor dinning. loved that eagle beach was right across the street. and they provided the tikki umbrellas, chairs and beach towels. now we did have to go down about 7am to put our beach towels at the tikki umbrella we wanted and even though some of the umbrellas had mvc on them but because its a public beach other folks could also use them. we enjoyed the tulip resturant there for lunch. they would fix your lunch to go so we just ate on the beach. its very quiet and peaceful, i would definitely stay there again."
