Front desk (name Iran) extremely helpful, best to write direct via WhatsApp for any help required. Would recommend as the fort is the place to stay in Jaisalmer and here is an excellent location inside"

"Expedia site does not mention that the property has no car access. You have to take a tuk tuk from a few miles away (from the car parking area). This is false advertising. Most of the staff were wonderful. I wanted to pay in cash (since I'd exchanged a bunch of foreign exchange), but they charged my credit card without my permission. With proper policies and accurate description, customers will be a bit happier with the property."
