"Service was greaT in that there were many issues that came up but they resolved them with promptly. For example you do not get continuous hot water the tanks are limited. Thus get up early 7am and get hot water first. If need more you need to ask for buckets of hot water they will bring. Furthermore they gave good discounts for Jeep safari and canal ride. "The palace itself is stunning. However, service is poor. Breakfast ends at 9:30. We had to rush for the breakfast. Breakfast was really bad. Burnt, dried and stale. No tissue paper, no hair dryer, no iron. I have never seen a toilet paper role that thin. Hot water takes forever to mix. Most of the time, internet doesn’t work."
