"The building was nice. The room was nice. Everything was clean but the people are demons! The staff is rude. They lied to my face. The management is inhumane and they're all just a bunch of greedy cold-hearted zero customer service corporate Moguls! I booked two nights but when I got to the hotel it turned into one night with two rooms which I'm sure is my fault but I don't know how it happened and should have been an easy fix! Instead of fixing it they just said they will not change it for anything and I just lost my money and nothing I can do about it! The cold-hearted insensitivity of their employees and management make this place a very poor choice! I will forever tell everybody I know. What a horrible place this is and will never darken their doorway again!"

"Staff was great, room was old and worn, no aminities other than a little pool. Parking lot had more holes than swiss cheese, needed to be careful driving in and out. Did not clean or restock room daily. If fresh towels were needed the maid had to be tracked down."

"Room was clean and freshly painted, I assume the tub/shower was going to get a liner, it needs one.
I am fairly certain I requested downstairs while booking through Expedia, but they said no at check-in. Breakfast wasn't visually appealing (eggs and sausage) but tasted good. Coffee was good."
