I liked the property very much until some of my personal property disappeared from my room. I asked them to find it giving the benefit of a doubt to the cleaning staff who may have mistakenly taken it while cleaning the room. It was not found. It was not returned to me. I received no feedback from them on what had happened. Very disappointing.

First time to stay on this hotel

It is a pleasure staying in this hotel cuz I enjoyed how clean my room was and that it had a full kitchen with everything on it. The staff there was so friendly and they helped me with what ever I needed. My husband loved it that the beds are so soft and comfy to sleep on. The breakfast there is very good. Thank you

Great stay

Great stay with family. Every thing was great about the hotel (beds, ev chargers, service etc). The only recommendation is to improve their bug treatment, as we saw one cockroach and 2 centipedes in our room during our stay of 7 nights. The staff was kind enough to send a service technician the next day to spray insecticide and offered us a different room, but we did not move because rooms available to switch were smaller in size and there was inconvenience of moving our stuff from one to another.

The free breakfast was amazing! I've never stayed at a hotel that had such a variety of choices and they were different every morning for the 4 days I was there. Maria does a fantastic job plus she was so friendly and helpful you really felt like you were home! The rooms, lobby, and hallways were exceptionally clean and well cared for. My only complaint is the pool area has 3 lounge chairs and all 3 were ripped off the frame from the foot 3/4 of the way to the back. They weren't safe to even try to sit on.

Everything was good. My only complaint is they didn’t have any face towels in my room and when I went downstairs to lobby the receptionist told me that housekeeping must have left and didn’t do laundry. So i had to run to Walmart and buy face towels

We stay at Home 2 suites frequently. At this location the staff said it was HILTON that stopped china coffee cups in lobby. Breakfast was very limited. Recently stayed at another Home 2 suites and this was not the case. Disappointed

Shower has almost no water, hair dryer is broken and the iron board is broken too. The house keeping took half an hours to delivery another hair dryer, I have to call front desk a couple time to remind. We will never come back to this hotel.

There was an unpleasant smell when you walked into the hotel. There is an outdoor sofa set right infront of the property which is not appealing at all. Should be near the pool or somewhere in the back… there as a family with kids sitting there making noise and we’re there for hours since we checked in, freshened up went out for dinner came back and they were just hanging out there… so all am saying is it does not look good for the rapport of the hotel. Should consider to move this set somewhere else.
