We had a king Mountain View room. Extremely clean room. Bed was comfortable. Be aware it is a vacation club so there is no daily house keeping. Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico
truly majestic place, this feels like an oasis. The resort is well maintained and has amazing amenities. You really dont need to leave the resort if you dont want to. The staff is very friendly and there are constant trollies to take you around the resort. The beach and pool areas are well kept.

It was a beautiful property, however the room was not as well maintained as the rest of the hotel and did not match up to the price. Also found the cost of food and drinks unreasonably high for what you were getting. I have stayed at other places in the area that were nicer and much more affordable ...
