"Staff was excellent and, like at most Fijian resorts, very friendly. We visit Fiji for the snorkeling and ocean. Your resort seemed to have to few available boats to support snorkeling trips. "

"We loved the atmosphere, the staff and the peace and quiet. Its a beautiful place with wonderful people who become more like family than just staff running the resort. Some recommendations: If you want to go off-island or book in for the spa you need to make sure you book in advance. It is Fiji Time on Nakelo Treasure Island, so accept this and you'll have a fantastic experience. 10/10 Excellent

"Sad to see the place is so run down, toilet doors by pool and restaurant that dont close nor have latches. Room cleaning is below average - face towels, cups and soap not replaced. Rubbish overflowing and not changed. Stones missing in outdoor shower floor. Gym had nothing to wipe or clean with. No pen present to sign in, no water fountain. Overall it is clear the resort is just thrashed and tired and many of the buildings need to be properly restored. Please forward this to owners. Staff however made all of that not seem so bad but we’d hate to fo back a third time to such a run down property. Its clear the owners are all about greed and less about preservation and upkeep"
