"Club lounge good. Good breakfast and service there. Room good. Location as promised. Good. Service at front desk and spa a little underwhelming. Only one functioning elevator meant longer waits sometimes. €60 euro Spa fee for pool use by my guests, a source of irritation. Didn’t like this nor the way it was handled by the staff. I’d call it an okay 4 star experience. Definitely not 5 star. Value was okay. Probably wouldn’t rush back here, being honest."

"I had to wait more than half an hour to get to my room because they were not done cleaning at 3 pm. I of course want my room to be clean but this isn’t a house keeping issue. It’s management. Otherwise the hotel room was great. "
