"Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety of foods and all of them tasted really good. Various shops & restaurants were easily accessible from the hotel by foot. The room & toilet were clean and well maintained by the friendly housekeeping staff. However bath towels although clean, looked a bit worn out."

I've been staying at this hotel every time I visit Manila since 2023 and I will always pick Seda Residences Makati over ANY hotel in Manila, I will pick it over and over again. Highly recommend! "

"The staff were always lovely. It’s close to the SM Mall of Asia. There’s a Jollibees and convenience store just downstairs and a lovely coffee shop, Filc, around the corner. Close to the airport. However, the rooms are small and a bit outdated. The aircon is old school and loud but it drowns out the noise from the busy road outside. The shower leaked so the bathroom floor gets wet. It was safe though. I would stay again for a short trip. "
