After long delay and conversation between staff that I couldn't hear, I was given a room that had no windows, and had an air conditioner that was loud and could not be adjusted or turned off. "Good locations. Great service especially the security team who help us parked the car as carpark spot was limited. They provide kind a valet services without extra charge. I would be perfect if the staff can provide 2 swipe cards per room instead 1. It’s bit hassle to move around the hotel especially with other family member were in different level."
