the hotel is near the downtown area yet very near to nature also. the neighborhood has plenty of trees that makes it more relaxing. i recommend staying on the upper floors. my family especially my two children enjoyed a lot. they usually have a hard time sleeping in other places away from our home but in this hotel they had a very good sleep. the most memorable is their staffs friendliness and courtesy. truly, a very filipino hospitality. thank you rsg microhotel. we will chose you again in our...

Clean and nice service. My choice of hotel in Gensan!

No water at the faucet

This hotel is very clean and very good. The only thing which is not good in this hotel is their bed which is kinda not comfy.

Great staff from the guards to the receptionists to the restaurant staff to the room maintenance crew. I commend the owner for hiring such a service orientated team. The food was great and room service always reliable. I'm really glad I choose to stay at zan rock. I forgot to mention Eric the van driver who is Very professional and kind. The hotel is in close proximity to very good grill restaurants and to the Robinson and KCCC malls.

Spacious room with clean hot shower.
