"Hyatt was kind enough to upgrade my parents room. My dad is in wheelchair and so they were able to give him bigger room. The service is always excellent. Their breakfast buffet is good. They have variety of food and some vegetarian options as well. They have both western breakfast and Indonesian breakfast. The hotel has beautiful view and it’s a bit away from the main city. So you feel like you’re far away from the business of the city. "

The staff at the restaurant and the roof top bar were excellent too and provided us our choice of food that were not in the menu. I highly recommend this hotel."
