"A lot of ants inside the room. We needed to pay for the air conditioning 8€ per day which is not in the description. We stayed 3 days and the day after we asked for towels change then they said they change towels every 2 days. After 2 days we asked for new towels then I had to hear that i got only 1 day left before check out and they don’t charge towels when we got only 1 day left. Really weird rules. "

"Absolutely beautiful setting on beach. Gorgeous views of Agean Sea and Heraklion lights. Staff are friendly and facility is very clean and up to date. Highly recommend area and facility. Distance fro Heraklion is 20 minutes from Airport. "

"Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Der Außenbereich mit Pool ist sehr schön. Gute Lage und man ist sehr schnell zu Fuß am Strand, genauso wie auch auf der Partystraße. Personal ist freundlich. Zimmer sind OK aber Sauberkeit könnte bisschen besser sein. Was aber wirklich sehr ärgerlich ist, man muss extra 8€ pro Tag für die Klimaanlage bezahlen, das wird davor nirgends erwähnt. Habe ich so noch nie irgendwo anders erlebt. "
