"Booked the honeymoon suite. Fantastic room - very central, clean and with gorgeous views over the harbour. One thing I need to mention is the mattress, which we found to be too soft, unfortunately. Other than that, a brilliant choice for a stay in Agios Nikolaos ❤️❤️"

It was easy to find and very close to the seafront, it has a pretty garden. The host was friendly and helpful. Milatos is a peaceful seaside village reminiscent of Crete 40 years ago, however it has choice of places to eat. We had our best meal in Crete so far at Meraklis Tavern on the waters edge, very good value"

"The expectation was of a 4star apartment.The reality was a basic 2star! I realise it was a Cretan style building & have no problem with that but a few modern touches and some comfortable loungers etc would be nice.Crete is lovely and the people very friendly so we enjoyed our stay overall just not the hotel."

"This is a fantastic hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful without being overbearing. The room was a good size and we were upgraded to a sea view top floor which was great as we werent overlooked in the hot tub. The pool area was fantastic, lots of beds, spacious, very comfy and gorgeousness infinity pools. We didnt use the al a carte restaurant but the buffet was great, varied and we were impressed that the head chef gave us a personal tour so we knew what the vegan options were. Thank you Yannis! Special shout out to Lucy and Marios too. "

"Our stay at Domes of Elounda was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding—warm, attentive, and genuinely focused on making every moment of our stay perfect. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and well cared for. The beach was absolutely stunning—crystal clear waters, soft sand, and a peaceful, private atmosphere that made it feel like our own little slice of paradise. We spent hours lounging and swimming, enjoying the incredible views and calm sea. The food was a true highlight. Every meal was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of authentic Cretan and international flavours. Whether it was the breakfast buffet or the à la carte dinners, everything we tried was delicious. The variety and quality were consistently impressive. The accommodations were immaculate. Our suite was spacious, modern, and very well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that made our stay even more comfortable. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless throughout our visit. Overall, Domes of Elounda exceeded every expectation.
