"We are a couple with an 5 months old baby. Extremely good hotel! One of the best we have been. The food is just amazing!!! Like in a Michelin star restaurant. You don’t get this feeling that it is cooked for a big hotel. Very cozy main restaurant. Staff goes above and beyond to help, not because they have to, but because they seem to be very happy to be there as well. The hotel is very welcoming for babies and kids, but is not overrun by them. The atmosphere is very cozy and calm, no loud music (or karaoke) by the main pool, no running kids. Kids have their own activities and entertainment which is run by a professional team of animators in dedicated places. Kids club for kids of different ages is available. I loved yoga classes every morning by the sea. The level of yoga teacher is verily close to a good yoga retreat. Little things like cooking classes, cats cafe, their own ice cream/crepe place. Every centimetre of the property is well thought through by a very good designer. We absolutely loved our stay! Special thanks to Eva and Olga in the restaurant for their kind attention and hospitality."
"The rooms are lovely, if a little over looked. The food is of a very high standard as well. A few more sporting activities would have been great, but overall it is a wonderful hotel and we will return soon!"
"We had a lovely family vacation at this wonderful hotel. The look and feel of a Grecian village within the hotel is beautiful and there is so much character to the whole hotel.
The staff were very helpful helping us to get the most appropriate room for our family. They were all very helpful throughout the stay. Hotel itself is huge and has so much to do. Each pool was lovely and clean and the kids water park was massive. Lots of activities for adults and kids alike.
Room was spacious and clean. The food was great and à la carte restaurant we had was amazing (Mademi). Only one drawback is needing to book in the à la carte restaurant every morning which, if you’re not quick enough, the slots go quite fast."
The Noverian Scenic Crete 5 Star Hilltop Villa Resort & Spa
10/10 Excellent
"We’ve had an amazing stay at the Noverian! We fell in love with the tranquility of the place and the breathtaking view from our room- best place to be! Quality in food, polite and helpful staff, clean properties & facilities. Many thanks!"
"A top resort. An awesome place with amazing staff, great facilities like the rooms, the restaurants the pools. The views and luxurious feel are just perfect. The beach itself is clean and relaxing. The place itself is extremely quiet so if you’re looking for a very quiet place to get away this is the one. The food for an all inclusive is absolutely superb in comparison to other all inclusives I’ve been too. The only criticisms be that for an all inclusive there aren’t many snacking options outside of the breakfast, lunch and dinner. Drinks are also a little watered down but that’s expected, internet could also be better."
"The hotel is nice and clean with some good restaurants and bars. The Lemongrass Asian restaurant is especially good for sushi. The staff are friendly. During our stay the majority of guests were either young families with small children or couples aged 60+ so there wasn’t much of an atmosphere. The spa is good, however the staff had a very “hard sell” approach when trying to get you to book treatments, which we felt slightly off putting. They also didn’t have a price list and seemed to make them up on the spot. The resort the hotel is situated in has a lot on offer though, and the beaches are great."
