ただ、受付が最悪。チェックインのときから、無愛想で笑顔のひとつもなし。タオル交換に50ペソかかることも聞いていないのに、説明したの一点張り。とにかく、こちらの話を聞かず、まくしたてるようにしゃべる。非常に不快だった。チェックアウト時も現地語で他のスタッフに指示していたが、待たないと行けないのか、去っていいのか、不明なまま。チェックアウト後、Thank youと言ったのに無視。マラパスクワにはまた行きたいが、このホテルは絶対利用しない。"
