Great location Good communication re checking in when reception is shut. Friendly guy on reception Comfortable bed. Booked large double. Room was small but we were only there one night. We arrived after midnight and there was zero water pressure. No hot water which can sometimes be expected but a dribble of cold. Fortunately it wasn’t the summer! All was fine in the morning. We were on the top floor ( the roof) which was accessed by a lift only , no stairs. Fire exit situation did concern me.

Victor, war total nett und zuvorkommend. Durch Flug Verspätung konnten wir erst in der Nacht einchecken. Was überhaupt kein Problem darstellte und er uns schnell und einfach alles erklärte. Unterkunft super central im Norden der Altstadt. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Aber leider wird auf Sauberkeit und Komfort kein Wert gelegt. Dachzimmer war an der Decke schon Schimmel und durch die Wand waren Risse und man konnte nach draußen schauen. Haare vom vormieter im Bett und Bad. Sogar auf dem abstelleck am Bett noch abgeschmierte Reste vom Vormieter. Für 1-2 Nächte nur zum schlafend in Ordnung. Ohne viel Anspruch.

Hotell med fin beliggenhet, men støy fra bygging.

Victor i resepsjonen sjekket inn for oss, jeg foretrekker å slippe den jobben på ferie. Hotellet har fin beliggenhet,ca. 150m. fra parkeringshus. Kort avstand både til restaurantene og arkitekturen i den gamle bydelen, men også til den bilfrie gaten Larios og shoppingområdet derfra til El Corte Ingles. Vi fikk et greit loftsrom i norsk 5.etg. med bad og sittegruppe i etasjen under, men med heis og ett trapperom oppover uten annen nødutgang, var vi glad det ikke ble brann. Ville insistert på rom i lavere etasje hvis vi skulle bo der igjen. Synd for hotellet at byggerne på nabotomta jobbet med nybygg og mye støy fra vi sjekket inn kl. 15 til kl. 11.30 om kvelden. Ikke mulig å sove, og vi hadde kjørt langt. Aircondition sto på da vi kom, deilig og svalt. God seng og delikat sengetøy. Utsjekking gikk greit.

Staff are very friendly and helpful - online check in simple and can store bags if early to check in / late flights when checking out. Room booked was labelled basic - perfect description. Did the job for our stay, only used to sleep and get ready. Bathroom and bedding items could have been a little cleaner. Very close to city centre so perfect for staying in the heart of Malaga & travelling around. Overall, did the job we needed it to.
