"I booked this hotel in advance because I was truly looking forward to a relaxing vacation after a 19-hour flight. Sadly, my experience here was incredibly disappointing. The first room I was given was unacceptable: no drinking water, an unplugged refrigerator, an unclean comfort room, and an air conditioner that barely worked.
