"Stayed here for 2 nights in a superior room with airport pick-up. Great service pick-up at the airport takes the hassle of getting a taxi to Hotel. Lady at reception was wonderful spoke very good English which made checking in so easy. Room was great bed was very comfortable. Staff were always happy and friendly and only to willing to help you. Breakfast was good with many different food to choose from. We had at the restaurant to times and the there very tasty and delicious. Would definitely recommend this hotel for everyone staying in Delhi."

"Outstanding historical hotel to stay in old Delhi. Attractive, comfortable room. Friendly staff and entertaining experience flying a kite on a rooftop and seeing the racing pigeons. Attentive and helpful staff used.a cart to bring our luggage through the narrow alley to the entrance. I highly recommend the stay for someone's first visit to Old Delhi."

"The breakfast was incredible with a vast amount of choice. The pool area is charming being a haven away from the craziness the Delhi Streets. Levels of service or exemplary and the staff cannot do enough to help you"

"On arrival, I was told the government didn't allow me to stay in the building as a foreigner. Instead of the place I'd picked for being 2 minutes from the metro with "deluxe" in the title, I was assigned to another "Shri Sai Guest House" that would only be 11 minutes from the metro if the gravelly road to it weren't clogged by crazed traffic and my phone and I didn't have to keep working hard to find it. It had no shower, no toilet paper, and hot and cold water only available through separate taps. I could feel every spring of the mattress. The window let in a mosquito that never let me sleep."
