"This property needs some serious maintenance, quite run down. I’ve been to Bali many times and understand the experience, nothing is perfect in Bali. However with this property there is a lot that needs to be fixed. Booked the family villa to have 2 rooms, was unable to use the second room due to the mould smell. Has been a lovely property, but needs some attention now. "

"Very clean. Airport pickup arranged and the driver was waiting for us when we arrived. Could not have been more pleased with the private villa with pool. Breakfast was made for us privately and they made arrangements for massages. Friedliest staff and an overall wonderful start to our Bali vacation "
