Next morning i see a non electric car parked in the space I was in. Told receptionist this at check out - she offered to reimburse €15 cost but did not know how to refund me. She spoke with her colleague who decided not to offer a refund as I had parked inside. I stated that there was no reason for me to move from my initial parking space and as such was being asked to pay for a parking space I had not got. He didn’t care. Avoid the hotel - hidden charges to park and use facilities - there was no mention of discount for hotels.com gold members either. "

"We were visiting from the US and visiting Colditz Castle. This stop was wonderful with clean, quiet, comfortable accommodations. The water park is a big hit with the locals and visitors alike. Some of the best food we had on our trip. I'd definitely choose to stay again."
