We were visiting from the US and visiting Colditz Castle. This stop was wonderful with clean, quiet, comfortable accommodations. The water park is a big hit with the locals and visitors alike. Some of the best food we had on our trip. I'd definitely choose to stay again.

Great place for kids and for relaxing, but a car needed. The resort & adjacent town seems to shut at 8pm.

We loved the Riff

Surprised by the lovely room and connection directly to the pool and swimming area, liked that it was both inside and outside pools, we had a great meal in the beer garden we had snitzel , if we had known it was that good we had booked one more night 😉👍

The pool area is a big plus. The kids loved it. Note that it is also open to the public. The resort, however, was disappointing. The rooms looked like hospital rooms—plain, cold, and simply furnished, so they didn’t feel like a nice place to relax.

Extra gebucht wegen dem Whirlpool, der dann nicht funktionierte auf Nachfrage wurde mir gesagt er müsste funktionieren es wird gleich angestellt, was aber nicht passierte. Ich bin darüber sehr enttäuscht und besonders mein Kind, was sich darauf gefreut hatte und mir die ganze Zeit gesagt hat. Ich möchte so gern baden.

Wir waren für ein Wochenende im Riff Resort. Da wir erst nach 18:30 Uhr angereist sind, wurde uns freundlicherweise der Schlüssel hinterlegt, denn die Rezeption ist nur bis 18:30 Uhr besetzt. Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist ruhig gelegen, neu und gepflegt und das angrenzende Schwimmbad ist super. Lediglich die Kommunikation mit einigen Angestellten ist verbesserungswürdig. Außerdem empfinde ich die Aufforderung zur Entsorgung des Mülls bei Abreise in die Container im Innenhof in dieser Preisklasse als Zumutung. Nach ewigem Umherirren mit Müllbeutel wurde mir sehr barsch der Weg erklärt inkl. Tipp, ich sollte die Fußmatte in die Tür klemmen, sonst würde ich nicht wieder reinkommen.

Wir fanden diese Unterkunft sehr schön. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und wir hatten ein großes Bad. Hervorheben möchte ich das Frühstück. Es war sehr sehr abwechslungsreich und lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Ganz besonders ist mir die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter aufgefallen. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und sauber, die Einrichtung ist modern und das Frühstück ist umfangreich. Es gibt einen Garten mit einem kleinen Spielplatz, Liegen mit Auflagen und einem Hochbeet mit Erdbeeren zum naschen. Zusätzlich besteht die Möglichkeit das angrenzende Freizeitbad mit den Rutschen und dem großen Saunabereich kostenlos zu nutzen und über den Bademantelgang unkompliziert zu betreten.

Jederzeit gerne wieder! Bei Buchung ist jederzeit möglich direkt über einen extra Zugang ins Bad und die Staunen zu gehen! Einzig, dass das Doppelbett aus 2 Betten besteht, wo die Einzelmatratzen ständig verrutschen war zu beanstanden!

Viel zu meckern gibt es nicht. Wenn das Resort ausgebucht ist, fehlt es an Parkplätzen. Diese sind recht knapp bemessen. Im Riff selbst ist es phasenweise sehr voll. Trotzdem immer wieder eine Reise wert.

Udmærket hotel med indgang til badeland inkluderet

Fint hotel, og dejligt at prisen inkluderer indgang til badeland. Eneste minus var at puderne var dårlige vatpuder. Badelandet var Lalandia-style og kvaliteten af maden var lav.
