"The property is conveniently located and the view of the harbor is beautiful. Staff was helpful. The building is somewhat dated. Most mornings, the hotel ran out of breakfast items and restocking caused some delays. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. "

The convenience of the first floor was nice and close to the pool which she loved! When I went to add another night stay they were very accommodating. Very convenient to town! "This was a wonderful hotel and completely different than the last clarion hotel. We stayed at in New Haven, Connecticut. The people were friendly the place didn't smell bad. It was nice and clean. Our rooms were clean. Even though there wasn't any breakfast, it did not matter there was coffee and hot water available. Most of the time we can't do breakfast anyway doesn't have options that work for us. I was so pleased I told the GM what a great hotel he had. "
