"Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money.
Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that...

"What made our eight day stay so good was the entire staff ,they were excellent, the front office were exceptional as was the restaurant staff and bar staff .Nothing was too much trouble , they went above and beyond every day. Coffee/tea facilities. Quiet room with a beautiful bathroom with complimentary shampoo/body wash and plenty of clean towels to hand. We booked massages and enjoyed both hot stone and aromatherapy full body massage. Ladies changing area was clean and great use of lockers. Loved the whole place, wished I had booked at least 2 night at the Spa hotel."
