"Everything was absolutely AMAZING at this hotel...next level AMAZING, from the second you enter the hotel lobby, an aroma of flowers hits you...the smell was out of this world AMAZING. It smelled like a beautiful French Garden. I've never experienced anything like it before. The staff is also next level AMAZING, every little detail is though out too, so you feel like the most important person and felt so welcomed!!! We felt like royalty. The room was perfect with a Sea View, the bathroom had a shower and separate soaking tub and all amenities...robe, slipper, natural loofah for exfoliating your body and everything else one would need to use in a bathroom. We had fresh flowers and fresh fruit ready for us to enjoy. Our mini fridge was stocked with drinks, chocolate bar, milk for coffee and tea. Also had a french press to make fresh coffee in our room. The only thing that could be improved...the mattress was a little too firm but the bedding was AMAZING and very luxurious, so that made up for the mattress being too firm. Thank you for a Totalling AMAZING hotel experience!!! I was unforgettable!!!"

"We loved our stay at the President and I struggle to understand the lower ratings on some booking sites. The room was extremely clean, the bed very comfortable and the common areas were also very clean and bright. The hotel team are fabulous and always there to assist if needed. The breakfast is great and after three months in India it was good to have the choice of an Italian restaurant and the food was amazing, very authentic. The pool is great and partially shaded for most of the day which was great as the temperature topped 40 degrees on a couple of days. Finally, The aqua line metro at Cuffe Parade is one minute from the hotel lobby. Thoroughly recommend "

"I was skeptical about this hotel when first viewing it online. I had been to India before and burned by photos that do not represent current conditions at the hotel. That was not the case at Majlis. The hotel is not new and shows its age, but it is really good by local standards. The general neighborhood is also safe and vibrant, and includes plenty of shops and restaurants within a short walk. The staff was very kind and helpful, and always welcomed me back with a smile. I would definitely stay at Majlis again. "

"Excellent staff and good room and bathroom. Breakfast pretty god and very good value all round. Several bars and restaurants in the locality. Fairly easy walk to the sights. A metro station about 15 minutes walk. Worth trying as it's modern and pretty unused. The only problem was a lot of noise from a bar directly below our room that went on until 1.30!!"

"We loved our stay at the Regent, which is clean, modern, quiet, and has all the amenities. It is ideally located in Mumbai. ALL the staff were extremely helpful and courteous, from the doorman to dining, reception, and room services. There was nothing lacking, and the overall experience was five-star plus."
