Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The property is just steps away from the iconic Gateway Of India and Taj Mahal Palace hotel. Have a few good restaurants and bars nearby. Will definately stay here again.

①初日は飛行機の遅れで泊まれず2泊だけしたが、2泊目の部屋のクリーニングがされなかった。掃除している方に「掃除してほしい。冷蔵庫に誰かの忘れ物があるからチェックしといて」と言ったのにもかかわらず。②初めから雨漏りがしていた。エアコンの水？おかげで掛けておいた服がびしょ濡れになった。床も入室したときから水たまりが出来ていた。③チェックアウト後遅くまで荷物を預かって頂いたのには感謝している。

This is a very old hotel it’s crying out for a makeover it’s in an amazing spot just behind the Taj Mahal palace, The Staff quite friendly, it’s not I luxurious hotel It’s quite a nice property but it would be lovely to see it been updated

Regent is the best option

Nice decent hotel behind the Taj I looked at all the hotels around found this to be the most acceptable to me. Decent size room, good locality, decent price for the area. Clean and comfortable

Excellent

The staff were friendly, the property well maintained and the bedding and bathrooms clean and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and service good. A special mention to the door staff who were attentive and to the landing staff who were always around if you needed anything. The hotel is well placed to see all the sights and Tuk Tuks and taxis are always around to get to things further afield.

Avoid if your American

It was a very uncomfortable hotel. We where not happy with the quality of service and the rude service provided at the facility. We voiced our complaints and where told to contact Hotels.com for any problems and nothing was corrected at the hotel itself. The staff at the counter did not allow us to have a guest visit us at our hotel. They where demanding and very controlling of anything we did. They also didnt provide good hospitality, they have a sign that says be our guest let us do the rest and i feel as if it was a scam. We where also around another couple of people who didnt not like the situations the hotel staff where giving. Please if your interested find another hotel. Dont stay here.

it was clean, comfortable , welcoming, the staff was helpful and the location wonderful. My only complaint is around their policy to not allow people in the rooms who are not registered and no local India people . I was in Mumbai to visit a dear friend and when we in my are and wanted to sit and talk and use the loo I was not allowed to invite him to my room . This was embarrassing and not handled that gracefully by the front desk. And it is quiet an expensive hotel and I feel I should be able to bring my friends to my room if I please too. I am fine if they want their ID But this is actually a kind of discrimination towards native Indians, had he been a foreigner he could have joined me by submitting ID but not as a native Indian. The establishment appears to be owned and operated by Indians so not sure where these ideas are coming from but this is a reason I would not return to the hotel.

Lage des Hotels super! Mitten in Coloba. Gleich um's Eck von India Gate und Taj Palace Hotel. Man kann in Coloba alles zu Fuß erkunden. Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich und extrem bemüht. Wir hatten am ersten Tag kein Internet. Keiner wusste warum. Am nächsten Tag funktionierte es immer noch nicht! Die Rezeption hat sich Nachts und auch am nächsten Tag darum gekümmert. Eine Lösung wurde dann leider erst am Nachmittag des 2. Tag gefunden. Wir hatten ein Upgrade in die Suite bekommen. War ein riesen großes Zimmer mit Sitzecke und Küchenzeile. Zimmer sind Renovierungsbedürftig, aber sauber. Frühstück ist ein "Complementary" Frühstück und somit kein Buffet. Gibt auf der Karte Omlette/ Rührei und Toast mit Butter/ Marmelade. Kaffee oder Tee, das war's. Würde dieses Hotel jederzeit- auf Grund der Lage, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältniss und Freundlichkeit des Personals- wieder buchen.
