The young guy on reception was particularly helpful and polite Negatives - we had booked a delux room but as hotel busy, we were given a very poor room despite having pre advised the hotel it was our anniversary. Spoke to manager and paid for an upgrade to best room the following day which was much better In summary, an average hotel in need of modernising/ refurbishment but ok...

The staff were very friendly and helpful, including the restaurant staff, who were great, welcoming, and very attentive. Breakfast options were somewhat limited, but still decent. The swimming pool is in a beautiful location."

We expected the hotel to respond to your WhatsApp questions about whether they are still open and functioning after the hurricane but didn’t get a response. Fortunately they were open when we arrived. We’d stay there again if we are back in Kandy. "
