"The property has a very bad damp smell, which puts you off as soon as you enter the building. The staff were very helpful and approachable, helped in any way they could. The breakfast was nice. Very comfortable bed if you like a soft bed, but big stains on the mattress. We chose the Broadway for convenience and somewhere we could take the dog."

"I had a wonderful stay at Chatsworth Hotel with my mum and we really enjoyed our time there. A special mention goes to the lovely receptionist, Sakshi, who truly made our stay extra special. She was polite, respectful, and always happy to help. Her recommendations for food were excellent, and she was eager to assist with anything we needed. She genuinely made a big difference to our experience and deserves recognition. The hotel itself was very clean, and although the room was a bit small, it was tidy, comfortable, and cozy. The location is excellent, with easy access to sightseeing spots, which made exploring very convenient. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, which was a great addition to the stay. Overall, we had a really good experience and would definitely come back again."

"The hotel is so old and was falling apart. The pool was in a sketchy basement with the lining of the pool coming up and bubbling. Our room had a shower with only hot water, springs poking out of the mattress and a toilet that didn't Flush. DO NOT stay here it's awful. s"
