近隣ではもっとも歴史と格式あるホテルで、スタッフがとても親切。利根川が見える部屋なら、眺望が良い。

ちょっと古そうでしたけど、とても良いホテルでした。ただテレビ画面サイズが恐らく16か19インチで、小さいことだけがいまいちな点でした。これ意外は、ほぼ完璧でした。また利用したいです。

ロビーが広くていい空間でした。 お部屋も23平米？くらいの部屋で狭くは感じず、良かったです。 お風呂がかなり狭かったので、そこだけ気になりましたが、古いけどキチンと手入れをされていて、従業員の方も丁寧な対応で良かったです。

The staff were great. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel was very good and recommended. The hotel’s facilities were ok, but very outdated. It must have been an incredible hotel long ago.

LIVEへ行くのに宿泊しました。 枕元にコンセントあればいいなというのはありましたが、タクシー呼ぶ時にお手伝いや、万が一の時に対応して下さる感じでいてくれた配慮にすごい助かりました。 また群馬の際には利用したいと思いました。

接客は良いと思うが

歴史あるホテルのようで外観もパット見立派だが、近くに行くとサビやペンキが剥げてるの箇所が目立つ。ロビーも広くて立派だが暗い。清掃はしてあるようだがバスタブの上の換気扇にホコリが沢山溜まっていた。客室は壁紙や天井の経年のシミがそのままなので気になる人は厳しいと思う。匂いとかは無かった。
