The staff was lovely and made sure our 2 rooms were next to each other without even asking. Quiet and clean. Pillows were very uncomfortable, maybe “classic” pillows would be great.

There is a kitchen and washing machine with dryer, which are suitable for long stays. 30 mins drive from Karuizawa Station. In winter, the road becomes slippery ...
