There were not great instructions on finding the place especially as a tourist but once we found it there was no key in the lockbox so we could not get in. When I reached out about this someone was able to meet us immediately and we got a very quick response. Once in the apartment, it was very hot and the AC is slow working. The AC also makes a very high pitched noise after about 15 minutes making it impossible to sleep with it on...

"The rooms were wonderful. The staff was quite nice and made us feel welcome. The hotel itself felt safe. It was a bit tricky to drive to get in, as we passed it and that leads into the airport. A nice man helped us back up the one way to be in front of the hotel. There is a gate you need to take a ticket from to park in front of the lobby to do your check in, which was rather odd to us. It has nice underground parking. After that, all went well. "

"beautiful historic building with cozy indoor library/workspace/lounge and a lovely rooftop terrace. staff was super friendly and helpful (and multi-lingual!). breakfast was solid and well worth the extra fee. excellent central location in old town genova, easily walkable to many points of interest and public transit. overall fantastic value, will definitely book again.
