BE VERY CAREFUL !!!!

The place is very difficult to find ! Drug dealers and prostitute in the area. Not very family friendly ….. Then, it was good and the appartement is new but lot of things need to be improved : - AC remote control was broken so 30degrees with 4 kids is acceptable - broken shower (no pressure and leak) - no coffee pods or tea sachet for breakfast - broken ustensile - extra cost of 90€ for cleaning for 1 night

This was a very nice little stay for my family of 5. We got in REALLY late and had issues opening the door. I called and got an answer right away. The wifi puck wouldn't hold a charge, so the wifi was spotty but other than that it was perfect. I should mention that I didn't call or email about the wifi so I can't speak to their responsivness on that. I assume it would have been fixed if I'd reached out. It just wasn't that important to me. The AC is AMAZING! I will book again when I come back for another visit. I would recomend this stay.

La comunicación con la propiedad es cero no responden a las llamadas .. el día q llegamos nos dicen q no funciona el elevador así q hay q subir 3 pisos abundantes de escaleras con un bebé de 3 años no es fácil… el internet no funcionó nunca y por más q escribí pidiendo ayuda no hubo manera de q lo solucionaran.. la presión de la ducha es escasísima y el agua caliente era suficiente solo para bañar a mi bebé.. el sofá cama incómodo y hacía mucho ruido .. no se lo aconsejo a una familia con niños
