I love the 1842 Inn. It is a beautiful Inn that is on the national register of historical places. The grounds are beautiful. The breakfast is amazing. The staff are super nice and helpful. Highly recommend to people who just want a relaxing getaway

Lovely!!! The home and the neighborhood were gorgeous! Exactly what you want when staying in Macon. The staff were excellent. Stand outs were the gentleman who did our breakfast service and the lady who showed us our room.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I stayed in.
In Europe there are many historical hotels.Not as many in USA.It was a pleasure finding this hotel.We felt wellcome ,the staff was very nice.I will return every time I will have the opportunity to travel to Macon

The GM Charles was so accommodating to our change of plans. The rooms are so nice. Love the historic style. The staff was so friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond to help. Loved it!
