The black lady that worked at front desk, has awful customer service when it comes to dealing with customer support. The room I booked was not available, so they tried to give me a smoking room. That wasn't good for my allergies. So then in turn gave me a king sized room with a broken Lock on front door. She told me just to put the top latch on, and I would be alright. Which is so unsafe with people walking around the hotel smoking marijuana, like it's a party place. Not again 😕
