"I stayed five nights at Baraka Tower Hotel, checking in on 24/01/2026, and this was my second stay. Once again, the experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The customer service was excellent — very quick, friendly, and highly professional. I was welcomed with smiling faces that immediately made me feel comfortable and valued. The staff made sure I received the exact type of room I wanted, which I truly appreciated. Especially sister Zamzam and her team. I also want to highlight the buffet breakfast, which has clearly improved since my last visit. A new lady joined the breakfast service (I regret that I forgot her name), and she was absolutely wonderful. The menu was improved, and I really appreciated that my breakfast preferences were considered this time — the breakfast style was very good. Please keep it up!
