"This is a good hotel within easy reach of the terminals at Manchester Airport. There is a useful bus service that takes you to and from the hotel. The food is great in the evening and I found it very workable. Little things that were more frustrating were book the bus when you land by phoning them otherwise you can be sat there for 20 to 30 minutes. I also rang to ask for a hairdryer that worked, but 20 minutes later it hadn’t turned up and I had to leave. Those kind of things let them down."
