"I had a late check-in hassle free, but the towel in the room did not smell clean. Staff was helpful. Did not use all the amenities as I only had an overnight stay, left pretty early to catch my flight. Breakfast Buffet was pretty good but felt so chaotic. As some are sitted outside dining area due to no sittung available yet, and if your trying to leave as early go at like 6am maybe there be less people"

"The Free Buffet Breakfast for hotel guests was from 6-9:30 am. The lunch 12 noon to 2:30pm and dinner buffet are 1/2 price for their hotel guest and their guest. On top of the 50% discount, seniors are entitled to additional 20% off. The international cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner were superb. We enjoyed the food selections. The Dining room staff gave us and excellent service. The Jasmine Chinese Restaurant on the 2nd floor of the hotel served us excellent Chinese soup and food at a reasonable price with a senior discount. The Housekeeping Staff and services were excellent. The Concierge and Reception staff services were excellent too. The parking slot is free for each room. The hotel has 25 floors. We were at the 14th floor. Our twin bed superior room has a very good view and very comfortable beds, pillows and beddings and toiletries. We enjoyed our 10 days stay at New World Hotel Makati City Philippines."
