My guide had no idea about wildlife, didn't bring water on a 5 hour drive, & took my camera without permission & started taking photos of me. I requested to switch guides & to be in a car with other guests. For 1 day, I was with other guests, but then was put back in a car alone. "The location and the view you have from the hotel is as promised from their pictures. The only establishment within the park. Top service from all the staff. They give you the feeling of belonging and being a family . Special thanks to Duncan, Denis, Grace , Daniel and if you go there make sure you book a spa session with Judy ! Looking forward to go again with my wife ! Safari experiences with their drivers was also top ! Vivian and John were more persistent than us to make sure we will see what we wanted to see"
