10/10 Excellent
"Staff was excellent. Let us stay at the resort after we had to check out due to our flight being so late. Staff kept watch over our bags also
Room was clean
Pools were nice
Right on the beach"
"Beautiful pools with plentiful loungers. Adult only pool was nice to have! Steps from a large beach. Waterfalls and garden throughout the property. Ocean view room was well worth the extra. Restaurants were good but pricey and not the best value. Wonderful market/cafe though with nice selection. Best location next door to Wharf Village with lots of shops, restaurants and ice cream shops."
"Clean room. No lobby bar - that is a fail for us. Our room safe was locked the whole trip by somebody else and could not be cleared by maintenance. The mattress was sunken and in need of replacement. It felt like the place has been overrun. The staff are friendly at check in and check out. The valet parking out front is a gong show too!"
"I had a great stay at this hotel. The pool was very clean, and I really appreciated the drinking water dispensers throughout the property. It was nice to see the hotel encouraging guests to reuse water bottles and reduce plastic waste, both for the environment and to avoid microplastics from bottled water.
The location was also convenient, with several good small restaurants nearby. I’d highly recommend renting a car if you stay here, though note that overnight parking is $20, which is a bit inconvenient but understandable for upkeep. The gym was great as well. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would recommend this hotel."
"Property is an old building in need of updates. The beach isn't great for swimming and while we were there the pool was closed for repairs. The location is also not great, and isn't close to dining options. It was ok for 1-2 nights but I wouldn't stay here for an entire vacation."
"It was overpriced facility compared to with neighbor hotels for what this hotel offered, I can’t believe a 5 star resort does not start room service until 5pm , also any kind of request from housekeepers took forever and occasionally forgotten. If you are looking for a luxury and memorable stat this facility is not for you for sure."
"I liked the location. The property and the beach were great. There was one particular front desk staff member who checked us in who was not clear on some important details regarding the resort fee and use of a 75 dollar credit that came with our room. The same agent also was unhelpful when it came to having our room cleaned. There were more amenities that we could have used at the resort but the same front desk staff member did not explain anything about that either. It really was the one staff member that brought the score down for the hotel. I know it's one person but the front desk is the face of a hotel and should be better."
