"We really enjoyed our stay here. Had an issue with our room smelling like cigarettes and the staff was on top o it to try to make it better, got us into a new room with no issues. Property was very clean & well maintained. Was a bit hot in the pool area but the pool (which was heated)and hot tub were clean. Breakfast the following morning was nice with a lot of options. Would definitely stay here again."

"AM Reception staff was stellar. Everyone else from reception to food to bar staff was not up to scratch. The food was not great but still resort/hotel pricey. The drinks were actually bad, and the beer was not fully poured out into the glass but the bottle didn't make it to the table. This hotel has been under construction for at least a couple years and while the rooms have been updated the basics are lacking like a luggage stand. The staff tried to sell that as a modern convenience that the luggage should fit under the open hanging bar. Seriously, not dirty but not exactly clean or complete. Can't recommend it in this condition of repair / construction / staffing."

"Got a hot tub room for one night, was on a motorcycle ride and needed to soak from riding all day in the rain. Hottub appeared to have someone's pubic hair in it, ceiling on the room was falling in, sheets had a reddish/ brown stain on them, and the place was sketchy and I witnessed at minimum 3 drug deals happen in the 12 hours I was there. Additional deposit was required that was not disclosed when room was booked, and the one person at the counter had to personally check the room to get deposit back before we left. Had i not booked thru this app and paid for the room, I would have left immediately. Will be calling Wyndham corporate about the issues that were present."

"The staff was awesome, especially Mr. Fehim He goes beyond the meaning of customer service and I will challenge anyone who says otherwise! He brought me anything that I needed including an iron and ironing board. This is a place to get a good night sleep and rest for whatever you need to do the next day. When I come back to Saginaw, I will be coming back to stay there and looking for Mr. Fehim!"

"The mid-day desk attendant, she was kind & helpful, within her capabilities. Since the hotel was completely booked, she was unable to change our room. The pool was closed, but we were offered to use the pool at their “sister” hotel next door. The workout room was very limited w/ the equipment offered. The hotel needs a complete renovation- new carpet & paint. The hallways had a very odd & dirty smell. Breakfast was meh - waffle maker, basic cereal from the dispenser, fruit, scrambled eggs & sausage, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, & to go oatmeal. A few juice options along with milk. The pros of our room: The bed was soft & for the most part very comfortable- it wasn’t overly soft/ broken where you could feel coils or other things in the mattress. Our room was a 1 bedroom suite, so it came w/ a dorm room sized fridge, kitchenette, dishwasher, & basic kitchenware. The cons of our room: The paint was chipping & stained, carpet was dirty, a couple dirty dishes in the cabinet, the top blanket on the bed was dirty on the bottom side, air did not work well in the main area w/ sofa, air worked phenomenally in the bedroom, shower pressure was non existent & took forever to drain, we found a packet w/ pills in it by the sofa, & speaking of the sofa - the “icing” on the cake. The sofa cushions were dirty & had white stains all over them- IYKYK. We had to buy an air mattress for our teen to sleep on since we were NOT using the pull out bed from the sofa & used our lawn chairs to sit on."
