"I've been waiting to do this review since February. I got a room here because Im pregnant and was going through homelessness. I got there and the lady at the front desk assigned me to someone else's room, we went in and thank God no one was in the room ATM, that would've been weird and uncomfortable. We got to the room we were supposed to have, there were roaches, room was barely clean. Some staff goof around a lot and talk about the costumers while on stift, very unprofessional. The walls are thin so I can hear EVERYTHING. WIFI doesn't work and if you have a Xbox or PS forget about because you can only use the Internet on your phone and it makes you log in every 30 minutes, sad. I was there 3 years ago and things just got 10 times worse. They need a inspection."

"This hotel false advertised a pool and hot tub on the Expedia site when I checked in it was under construction and not even open having a pool and hot tub is a huge selling point for me. That’s what I look for when I rent a room while going on vacation the front desk lady was extremely rude Not welcoming. When I reached out to her and Hilton to see if I could just get transferred to a different Hampton they told me my stay was nonrefundable even though I paid for the protection plan so before you guys purchased that extra $16 protection plan make sure you know what it covers because it really does actually nothing for you."

"Clean room, nice atmosphere - the dark bathroom was my only complaint. It’s hard to put on makeup/do hair in the dark and there were no outlets near the only other mirror in the room. "

"Very clean and well-appointed room. Dinner at the St. Paul Grille was fantastic. Got breakfast via room service and it was also very tasty."

"No hot water the 1st night. Was told I’d get a 15% discount. We'll see. The second night was warm but not hot. Many many unsupervised kids in the hot tub and running the hallways. Food at green mill was great! Breakfast ok. "
