"The radiators did not work in the bedroom so was freezing . The beds were hard and uncomfortable it was like sleeping on the floor . Dust on the radiators. Awful experience"

"The hotel was very ‘tired’ looking. Our room had condensation on a large window that wouldn’t go, it looked awful! Broken window in the bathroom. The bed!!!! On wheels with spindly little legs, every turn was accompanied with squeaks and springs going. The room had a ‘smoky’ smell, clearly it had been smoked in. The paint in the room was patchy and NOTHING like the photos on line. How is this a 3 star hotel????? 2 at best and that’s being generous. Hideous loud talking neighbour. 10am chuck out...
