So I felt this info was incorrect and misleading. We had to take taxi into center of Florence and took taxi back, we would booked other hotel in center of the city. Other than that, People were nice , we have no other issues. "

"The best location possible for exploring Prato. We were able to walk to everything downtown. We felt very safe there, also. The hotel was clean. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. I wouldn't say that the room was the best ever, but all of our needs were satisfied by it. Offsite parking was available and convenient.
