We even asked at the reception if they had any firmer ones, but were told that the entire complex uses the same type of mattress. Breakfasts were nice, and despite the large number of guests, the staff managed to keep everything well-stocked. "The communication with the provider was completely unprofessional and bordered on deceptive business practices. The booking information clearly stated that check-in instructions would be sent 24 hours before arrival. Nothing was sent. Despite more than ten attempts to contact the company, nobody responded. Only after filing a second complaint with Hotels.com did they finally send the instructions, and that happened in the afternoon on the day of arrival. The address we received was...
