"Staff are Great"

"Clean room, staff was great Everything was good but the channel selection was not good on the TV. Everything was good but only had a dozen channels and 1 movie channel. Other than that, had a great stay. "

"Great location but the service will depend on who is in the counter. We have been coming here for over a year and it is a hit or miss. "

"Asked for extra pillows twice and never got them. Ordered room service and had to go down and get it myself. I had an almost full bottle of wine that disappeared while my room was cleaned. "

"Entrance was clean smelling fresh. Room was horrendous. Dirty used sheets ,crumbs in the bed ,blood on pillow and pillowcases, mucus on shower wall. Noisy,slamming doors,children running hall and crying at 3am in the morning. Would not recommend this property. "

"No breakfast included. Staff usually on phone when you stop by and have to wait till they hang up. "

"I would leave zero stars if i could. I booked 3 rooms for my friends and I. The rooms are in desperate need of an update and a deep cleaning. My room was clean enough for the one night we stayed, my friends was so disgusting it wasn’t reasonable to ask her to stay there, so she left. Its been 3 weeks now that weve been fighting with this hotel and corporate to get a refund for an unused, deplorable room. On top of that, the elevator is bound to break at any second and breakfast quite literally gave my husband and i food poisoning. I will NEVER stay in a best western again after this experience."

"The breakfast had the usual offerings. The room was clean with LV flooring. Much more sanitary than carpeting. The AC kept us cool. The hallway was quiet. They accept pets which is a big plus for us. We always stay at this hotel when coming to Lubbock."
